    I listened to Monday’s episode with Steve Hoffman and he had some great insights into how to launch a successful business through his own personal experience. This episode is so applicable to a wide audience! As a small business startup owner, time management, prioritizing, delegating, and executing tasks is top of mind in order to expand my business and be as efficient as possible and this episode gave me ideas on how to implement some of the best practices mentioned in order to increase my conversion rates. Richard did a great job personalizing Steve’s experiences and expertise as a leader to be applicable for your listeners - a true testament to his hosting.
